Who we are
A structured system, not just a platform.
Build The World Initiative (BIG2) is a structured empowerment organisation. We work where economic empowerment, family support and community development meet.
We give people the tools, systems and guidance they need to grow financially, live responsibly and contribute to society, and to move from limitation to stability, and from stability to growth.
Empowerment is not just about money. It is about structure, access, discipline and support.
Millions of people face the same walls.
BIG2 exists to bridge the gaps that keep people stuck, and to make sure nobody has to struggle alone.
Businesses that struggle to grow
Owners need advice, visibility and partners, not only encouragement.
Silent battles at home
Many people carry marriage and family pressure alone, with nobody to talk to.
Too little guidance
People are left to work out life, money and work without structured support.
Two core empowerment systems.
Everything BIG2 does for individuals and families runs through two dedicated systems, one for men and one for women, each with its own space and its own support.
Men Action Network (MAN)
Responsibility, leadership and stability for men.
A structured system that helps men grow in responsibility, leadership, financial strength and personal stability at home and in society.
Explore MANWomen Empowerment for Progress & Prosperity (WEPP)
Confidence, independence and prosperity for women and girls.
A dedicated support system that helps women and girls build confidence, discipline, financial independence and strong life values through guidance and opportunity.
